Not a bad experience--but doctor doesn't seem to make eye contact--not sure what that was about. He misunderstood some of the things I was saying, perhaps due to lack of eye contact? He was nice enough, but it was just odd...

This was a surgery center visit so answers are for their staff. I had excellent communication for the procedure by both the doctor's office and surgery center.

Doctor was very good explaining things to me. Availability to see the doctor was going to be 4 months. I was able to luck out with a cancellation. Then I still had to drive much further. Valencia office was 4 months to see him.

Even I met him for the first time, I feel comfortable and he explained it to me in easy way to understand.

Dr. Zolfaghari is the best doctor a patient will want, he knows your history and read your hospital record for him to educate you better regarding your health, he listen and advise you the best he can, he takes his time to examine you, I will refer him to any patient that needs a GI doctor anytime,he is professional and compassionate doctor.

The doctor, his staff and the appointment overall, were all great! However, when I went to make the appointment towards the end of August, 2024, the earliest available appointment was late January, 2025, which is really much too long. Hopefully, FACEY will be able to address the issue of long wait times when scheduling appointments with specialty doctors.
