Very clean and nice facility, all friendly people. Dr, Nyuguen very nice and friendly, but was , slightly hurried with questions I had about the diverticulosis that was his diagnosed. He did say that he'd call me after the lab results of the biopsies, so that will be good. The amount of anesthesia I received was perfect , felt great after procedure, not sleepy or dizzy / letting me recuperate a good amount of time was great.

This was my first visit with the doctor. He ordered tests based on my systems and the need to find out what was happening to my body. I was happy I had the appointment and will follow up with other tests and see what the doctor tells me about the results.

My primary Doctor always recommended the best Doctors, in 45 years with her I have been very happy!

Have seen Dr. Nguyen before and really like him but this visit he seemed very irritated with me and our communication was very poor. I need to find a different doctor

Doctor did not provide any info or referral when asked by me and nurse stated she had to ask doctor twice. All I received was a name of referral no printed information or instructions. Very disappointing.

Dr. Nguyen was very professional and personable and was interested in why I was there. He looked at my cscan that was previously taken and discussed with me what the scan showed. Gave me an antibiotic prescription for a month for possible inflamation in my lower stomach and I have an appt in Dec for an update on this condition.

I am coming to Dr. Nguyen after a bad experience with a doctor that is not part of Providence, Mission Heritage. When I got there I was greeted by one of the receptionists. He told me his name, got signatures and off I sat to wait to be called. I waited less than 5 mins In the waiting room before I was called back. The nurse took me to a room and asked me a few question. It was only 2-3 mins before the doctor came In and Introduced himself to me. Dr. N was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, kind, respectful and knew how to get a plan in action for me. He was quick but did not rush me or make me feel rushed. He explained how he thinks I got this problem and what meds I would need to help the problem. He spoke with me how he can help two of my issues with one medication. And how that medication would be administered. Hr assured me he was going to get me feeling better. I am so happy with my care from this doctor and would recommend Dr Nguyen to all of my family and friends. He cares about his patients.

This provider is the best GI provider I ever visited. He is so good that he gives you hope, that is what I like about him.Please, do not let him go

For the provider not to presume what question the patient is going to ask and an answer without letting the patient finish their question. For the provider to explain recommended procedures in detail such as an endoscopy since not everyone has had one before. For the provider to be fully engaged and not distracted while on the virtual call.
