Dr. Chu my gastroenterologist is a very caring, patience, and gave me all the time I needed to explain my condition. I didn't feel pressured to rush thru my questions or limit them. He listened carefully and he explained the course of action that he will take towards figuring out what's going on with me. Dr. Chu is a wonderful doctor and I am lucky to have him as my gastroenterologist. Thank you for having Dr. Chu on your group of doctors so we can benefit from his expertise.

Dr Chu took the time to listen and even went out of his way to help me discover what might be causing my symptoms by ordering bloodwork that had nothing to do with the procedure I was there to schedule. Can't thank him enough for his curiosity & willingness to help me get answers to the potential cause of my unusual symptoms.

I thought Dr Chu was very personable, friendly and I felt comfortable with him. He was understanding of my concerns with procedures & my family history. He offered alternatives and did not pressure me to do what he does, colonoscopies. I respect him a lot and and happy that I have found my new gastroenterologist. After what I went through with the previous doctor and the emergency room doctors at Mission Hospital it's been hard for me to trust physicians. I believe that I have found someone I can trust to put the CARE back in HealthCARE.

He did not listen to any of the symptoms I said I had. He just said I had things I don't have. He also did an endoscopy in a very rushed manner and again did not listen to my concerns. I felt like a number and not a patient!
