I felt I was listened to and all my questions were answered. Dr Chu very carefully went over my future care with suggestions as to diet and meds.

The appointment went smooth. Everybody I interacted with was friendly, kind, and efficient. I felt at ease with the doctor and staff.

Dr Chu was wonderful to work with. He listened to my family and personal history, talked about the next steps, was able to schedule me quickly for the procedure, and was very knowledgeable about the things we talked about. He's very nice and made me feel at ease.

I thought Dr Chu was very personable, friendly and I felt comfortable with him. He was understanding of my concerns with procedures & my family history. He offered alternatives and did not pressure me to do what he does, colonoscopies. I respect him a lot and and happy that I have found my new gastroenterologist. After what I went through with the previous doctor and the emergency room doctors at Mission Hospital it's been hard for me to trust physicians. I believe that I have found someone I can trust to put the CARE back in HealthCARE.

He did not listen to any of the symptoms I said I had. He just said I had things I don't have. He also did an endoscopy in a very rushed manner and again did not listen to my concerns. I felt like a number and not a patient!

Super friendly staff and Dr. Never waited more than 5 minutes. I'll recommend this office.

Visit was for stomach problems, yet the doctor never bothered to exam my stomach. Just ordered tests.
