I loved my visit wIth DR Chu. Before going In I was apprehensive about asking certain questions related to my Issue but Dr Chu put me at ease immediately. I thoroughly enjoyed a visit I felt may be embarrassing to me.

Dr.Chu is a great Dr. He takes time to make sure I understand what is needed and answers all my questions.

Dr Chu is very personable. I like him a lot. My only complaint is that it took 2 weeks to be able to talk with Dr. Chu. Normally this is not a problem for me but, this time I was having extreme diarrhea which made it difficult to carry on normally. After 3 days of taking the medication Dr. Chu prescribed I am already seeing an improvement.

Didnt ask further questions regarding my condition, or ask whether certain symptoms were still happening. Didnt inquire further about marijuana usage, and the notes he wrote for the appointment were inaccurate

Dr. Chu is one of the most highest ranking Doctors there at Mission, in my experience and others as well. I would trust him with my life. And I can't say that about all Doctors.

Dr. Chu explained in depth the reasoning for the x-ray and the upcoming endoscopy. I left the appointment feeling comfortable with the reasoning behind the procedures ordered. I was not rushed at all. I will recommend Dr. Chu to my friends.

The doctor and nurse were great!

While I did like the doctor and he was easy to speak with, I am feeling uncertain that he took my concerns seriously enough. The fact that he did put me on a new medication, but didn't want me to schedule a follow up appointment with him to meet and discuss whether it is working or not has me concerned. I specifically asked if I should schedule a follow-up visit and was told, if it works then no. Also, his response to one of my other questions is concerning to me as well. This was my first time visiting this doctor and was hoping to establish a long-term relationship, but not certain at this time.

Dr. Could not answer questions about how other prescribed medications (not prescribed by him) could or would affect my medical condition. He made no effort to look into into and told me I should research it myself. He did not take time to address my concerns even though I have a potentially serious condition. Would not recommend him as a specialist.

Easily the worst doctor visit ever. It took months to get an appointment because I was always promised that I'd get a call back which didn't happen. Finally it did. Then Dr Chu met with me for about 5 min, left the room, and after 30 min, I just went to the nurses desk. One gave me a requisition for a test. I called later with 3 questions about that test. It's been 4 days, no call back. I think I need to switch to [ID] & find a decent GI doc

My good experience started when I called to schedule my appointment as a new patient. The office staff answered the phone in a timely manner & I was able to get an appointment with Dr Chu within 2 weeks. That's rare these days! The office was very nice during the scheduling of the appt & during my visit. Dr Chu listened to my concerns & explained my upcoming procedure thoroughly. Dr Chu, the anesthesiologist. Nurses & staff all were excellent. I highly recommend Dr Chu & his team.

I'm very pleased with the care I'm receiving. Not only from the doctor, but also from the staff & nurses.
