Lien is the first medical professional who put me at eas and was beyond kind caring compassionate and understanding of me Not once was I made to feel ashamed or embarrassed by my anxiety or disordered behavior with food She generally helped me feel better and heard without judgement It was a kindness unlike others

Excellent and no complaints

Lien is truly excellent and I appreciated the promptness in getting an appointment to address the issue. She is easy to talk with, very good at explaining and even called me on my way home to give me some additional information. Dr. Feng has an excellent nurse practitioner working with him and Lien is an excellent enhancement to his practice.

I am a retired physician who uses multiple specialists with mission internal medical group. It appears that you must be understaffed in the gastroenterology department as wait times to see Dr. Feng, seems to be as much as four months. In my case, I was trying to avoid an acute hospitalization but Dr. Feng, was booked. Fortunately, The scheduling person for the gastroenterology department Was very empathetic, contacted Lien and arranged a telehealth visit the same day. I was familiar with her from A phone call last summer and she was able to give me some suggestions regarding my care. I do believe that a costly emergency room visit was prevented by her understanding and diligence and she should be commended for that. In addition, I believe you should know that when she returned to work several days later she personally called to ask how things had progressed (although I did directly corresponded with Dr. Feng, during that time). I know you're probably only hear complaints from the surveys but I would request that you personally tell Lien that she has received accolades in this survey.

She was so friendly and pointed out I did not yet need the procedure if I had no systems. Explained the reasons for the procedure and what to watch for and how I needed to avoid problems. It was a very positive experience.

Lien Nguyen was excellent. She carefully reviewed my records and even called me after the appointment to make an additional recommendation regarding a medication I was taking. I was very impressed with her.
