Dr Santoro and his assistant Lorelie are both wonderful

Lorelei is the backbone of Dr Santoro's practice. I have received more specific hands on care from her than I ever have from Dr. Santoro. She is the reason that I have stayed with Providence for my gastro medical needs vs. Switching over to Hoag.

Lorelei was very proactive, listened to all of my many questions and responded to each and every one with respect, kindness , and honesty as I went through a difficult ten months of gastro issues. She stuck with me through all my physical and emotional ups and downs. She told me that I would get better and I did. I can't thank her enough.

Everything was great except the fact I did not have the right mos/yr for colonoscopy I could have recd a callback that I wasnt due for 2 more yrsThat's why I had called, but an appt was made & I thought it was 4 pre colonoscopy prep & scheduling
