The doctor was extremely thorough and I was very impressed with the knowledge regarding my concerns. The staff were incredible. I couldn't find my phone in my car. So they called. Unfortunately I couldn't find my car. They helped me find it and my phone too! Over and beyond performance by the staff. I am so very pleased by the doctor and her staff. Absolutely amazing.

We love Dr. Filtzkowski! She takes the time to make sure we understand the upcoming procedures, medicines, or information. I feel she went above and beyond when she prescribed Dupixent for my son's EoE after he had to be treated in the ER for a food impaction. She felt we should give Dupixant a try since all the other meds he has been taking for a couple of years haven't had any significant results. It took us a few months of back and forth with the insurance to get an approval, once approved, we had more issues getting the correct dosage. Jamie was in contact with us all through the process. I can say that my son's quality of life is better with this new medicine, and Jamie was a huge help with the process. I would recommend her to anyone needing a Gastro Dr.

All good. I believe that most, if not all, of the doctors and Nurse Practitioners at Providence are sincere & dedicated to providing excellent care & service. In the past several years, I have almost exclusively been seen by & treated by Nurse Practitioners. I honestly can see no difference in their knowledge, or medical abilities. I have utmost respect for all those NPs . They do a fine job.

Jaime listened carefully to my concerns about GI issues caused by medication I have been taking. Because the issues have cleared up she told me to contact her for an appointment and further testing if the problem recurs.

Excellent appointment. She explained a lot of my situation and I feel she hit the nail right on the head. I will be having an endoscopy to confirm her beliefs in my situation. I felt very comfortable with her and she possesses detailed knowledge.

I was so happy to meet Jamie and have her answer all my questions regarding a recent illness and hospital stay that has left me needing help with intestinal issues , after taking 3 antibiotics in 6 weeks. She took time to explain everything and it put my mind at rest that things will improve. Please hang on to her , as we sure need SOMEONE in NAPA who will care for the people needing gastro doctors !! It is pretty pathetic that this town cannot hire good Gastroenterologist! But we are lucky to have Jamie Filtzkowski!!

Care providers was a breath of fresh air it was nice to actually be heard and not just brushed off with another prescription

Jaime is excellent; friendly, caring, exceptionally knowledgeable. She not only throughly understood the GI issues I went to see her for, she uncovered a heart PVC issue that I'd never heard about from any other provider. She got me in for an EKG immediately. I've since had appointments for an ECHO and stress test. She is really good and a credit to Providence.
