My provider was well prepared to see me and saw me right on time. The nurse that took my vitals was incredibly kind. My provider explained treatment options and the process clearly and answered all my questions well. She provided an information packet at the end of my visit that was extremely well written, explained my condition more clearly than any other explanation I'd seen, and was realistic and compassionate in content.
