She had my medical records which she had obtained through MyChart, and although this was the first time that I had met her, it felt like she had a very thorough understanding of my medical needs. She was able to break information down to where my wife and I could easily understand it. We were never able to ask the surgeons the questions that she could answer regarding medication and weight gain. She took all the time that was needed and I never felt rushed. She left the door open to reconnect with her if needed. I have never felt so comfortable and cared for as with this meeting with her. From the receptionist, to the medical assistant, and to Jordan Fry, everyone in this office has always been Very professional, kind, friendly, and helpful. Jordan Frye is a rockstar.

Jordan Frye was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of my questions at length beyond my satisfaction. Give her a raise, Dr Cole. Receptionists And medical assistant were the bomb as always.

Jordan went above and beyond for my visit reviewing recent ED note, my history and having a patient centered plan with me. She also ordered labs for the pain that I was having so it wouldn't delay care to follow up with a different specialtist. I was really impressed and felt very comforted in a time I feel very vulnerable and in pain. She is excellent and I am glad I have a follow-up with her. My only room for improvement with the clinic is that to have an urgent follow up the closest was 6 weeks out. This is true for primary care and longer waits for other specialists, I think it just shows we need more health care providers in our community.
