About Brooke M. Cavitt
Brooke Cavitt is a Family Nurse Practitioner with Grace Clinic Gastroenterology and Liver Disease. She received her BSN from Radford University in Radford, Virginia. After graduating, she participated in a nurse residency program at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia working on an acute care step down medical surgical unit. She then moved to Northern Virginia to work at UVA Health Systems as a Charge Nurse on their acute care medical surgical unit. In 2021, she was looking for a change of scenery and moved 1600 miles across the country from Haymarket, Virginia to Lubbock, Texas. During her time in Lubbock, she has worked at Covenant Medical Center in the Medical Intensive Care Unit and Acute Care Med-Surg unit. In 2025, she received her Masters in Science of Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. She is excited to help improve the health and wellness of the members of her community.
