My appt with Dr. Cheng was the best experience I've ever had at PACMED. Our session did not feel rushed or constrained. He intently listened & asked insightful questions. For the first time in a long time. I felt like someone was truly interested in diagnosing the cause of my ailment rather than just treating the symptoms. This was an initial visit with Dr. Cheng to discuss a condition and future procedures needed. We discussed several options and he walked me through each of the treatment options detailing pros/cons. I very much appreciated that. He listened to what I had to say and provided thoughtful responses. I felt fully informed and good about the decisions that were made.

He made me feel I wasn't important or worth his time to help me. He wasn't respectful or kind and he was sarcastic. I was shocked speechless.
