I like my providers through Kadlec it's more often the rules you (corporate America, aka providence) advice your receptionists or MA's to follow that make access to care a problem. Train these workers toListen and give options to those calling. Versus telling them to use directives. Also, when I called for an appointment the person who answered couldn't schedule my appointment and I was required to take a call back. This is ridiculous. There should be an option for client to wait to schedule if they want to or choose to have a call back. Your agency is already hard enough to get through all the system checks toReach the providers.

My dr is,was amazing she's very smart. And has lots of knowledge about everything I love her.
