Everyone worked so well together, it was amazing to see humans working like clockwork, and in unison like machinery.....this wasn't all "A.I."?, was it;?

I was so impressed with Amber Hoffman. She filled in due to Dr. Trieu not being available. I generally ask a lot of questions due to wanting to understand the process I can expect for healing, because before this year, I never had any surgery. Amber even drew me pictures to explain how I was sewn up with the robot (which I was glad to know, even tho my body felt nothing at the site of the hernias). She was patient and friendly but definitely professional. I felt much better after seeing her. And she was very easy to relax with and ask sometimes embarrassing or "stupid" questions. I felt I definitely could trust her, and her information. So comfortable to be with. Patient. Really liked her. All POSITIVE, which made me quite happy.

This was folllow up visit to check my incisors and I was hoping to find out more about my diagnosed condition. Amber was VERY nice but we ended up basically reading the same thing on her computerAbout it and she didn't have anymore information or give me any suggestions of where to seek that out. We agreed I need a Rheumatologist but had no suggestions on that either. Very frustrating

I had a problem with my drainage tube and thing that held in place ( it broke ) I walked in to the office did not make an appointment and was seen quickly Amber removed it broken piece and bandaged the area

I see this provider weekly for leg swelling and wrap. No problems.
