This was one of the best hospitals l have visited it been a privilege Beyond me the kindness , Love you have for your patients is outstanding we all learn new things here we come out of here better patients to benefit ourselves excellent you choose your employees wisely l see that they all tried to help each other beautiful sight to see that in action for your doctors they really respect your wishes and most all is you you're feel loved and want that is really important in these days we live in I could keep going on, but the nurses the staff they're excellent. It's a memory that I will keep for forever. Thank you for helping me and getting getting through this ordeal. I really appreciate all what you have done for me and my family.

This appointment was with Caris Cassady. She assisted me with a pre-appointment for a scheduled colonoscopy. She was well prepared, handed me excellent paper work, and listened well to my concerns. I feel she did an excellent job for this prep for my scheduled colonoscopy.

My provider was great

Cassidy called for endoscopy which found the problem and allowed for treatment.

My experience was excellent for an initial visit before a procedure.

This was one of a few preliminary consultations that Providence provides prior to surgeries/procedures etc that I have participated In. I have been very happy with all of them & think that this is a very good practice that Is being developed. The particular visit with C. Cassiday (sp?) was the best of these visits. As a note - I have already filled out this review, but filled it out for a second time as I keep getting notices.

Caris is an excellent provider. She's very thorough. I'd like her to be my primary care person.

This was the pre-colonoscopy consultation appt. I have had a few of these pre-surgery/procedure appts now and I have been very pleased with all. I think they are an excellent idea. This appointment was I think, the most productive and effective of all.

I am very satisfied with the care I received from Caris Cassady. I feel that she is the perfect fit for her position. She doesn't talk over you or make you feel uncomfortable. She listens to what you have to say and then gives her input. The only problem I have had with medical care in the last three months does not involve Caris. After my colonoscopy, some of my results were lost. This has left me with several questions about how this could happen. Also, I am left without peace of mind that all of my results would have been ok. We will proceed with another calprotectin test and see where it will go from there.
