Caris A. Cassady, PAC

I am very satisfied with the care I received from Caris Cassady. I feel that she is the perfect fit for her position. She doesn't talk over you or make you feel uncomfortable. She listens to what you have to say and then gives her input. The only problem I have had with medical care in the last three months does not involve Caris. After my colonoscopy, some of my results were lost. This has left me with several questions about how this could happen. Also, I am left without peace of mind that all of my results would have been ok. We will proceed with another calprotectin test and see where it will go from there.

Nothing bad about my experience. But I am waiting back to see if repair my hernia. Whe I had my appendix removed. They said they seen one. If they didn't repair it . I don't understand. They were there.

Caris was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated the time and attention she gave me during my appointment. She listened carefully to all my questions and responded thoughtfully.

Caris Cassidy provided the best care that I have experienced in a very long time. The problem was that I waited three months to receive a colonoscopy while enduring five months of abdominal pain. There was an area of erosion on my cecum and I pray that the delay in diagnosis hasn't caused irreparable damage.

This was a pre op appointment, I received a lot more care than I have had in the past.she did her homework before AND after my appointment (she called me the day after the appointment as well ) I hope to keep her as my primary care Dr if I can.She seems to want to get my problem FIXED.

Yes, I am a blind senior. She made the office together made accommodations that I could have emailed materials since I couldn't read the sheets. Understood my issues with a former preparation product and changed it to a different one. All the whole staff very responses very very helpful and accommodating, and treated me with respect.

Ms. Cassidy was professional, personable and knowledgeable. It doesn't get any better than that.

Provider got me in a very timely matter as I have been in pain for a while now. Doctor was very nice and explained things to me in detail. She seemed to really take pride in her work and wasn't passing me along. She was very through full and wanted to hear every symptom and everything that's been going on. I never felt so welcome and comfortable in a Doctors office. I definitely have confidence in this office to provide me with excellent care and get me back to feeling 100%. They are the only ones I would trust to do surgery on me locally!

I was happy to how fast I received an appointment for this procedure although I live in [Location] and would've been so much easier to do the endoscopy at st.joes but the could not schedule it in eureka until august and I needed this done asap and didn't want to wait 4 months I need to find out what's wring with me now, I could be dead be then. So I went ahead and scheduled it in fortuna.

Follow-up for unplanned surgery and felt that I was given exceptional attention and care. No complaints from me.

Care seemed adequate

This appointment was due to a surgery I had 3 weeks prior... I landed in the fortuna ER with appendicitis. My experience with everyone was wonderful. Nurse assistant very professional and nice. Knows how to communicate. Should be encouraged to go further into this career and advance. Receptionist also very polite and easy to work with.

My provider was very helpful and she had a great understanding of bedside manner

Feeding tube had complications with heavy leaking from ER visit two weeks prior. Carris Cassidy removed the feeding tube to allow acidic burns from leakage to heal. Feeding tube hasn't been necessary for approximately eight months. Quality of life has Improved greatly since.

Ms Cassidy has a tremendous demeanor (bedside manner) in dealing with me as her patient. I'm assuming she displays the same interest in her other patients as well. She was professional, caring and showed interest in my well being at multiple levels. She is very valuable to the Providence system. I would recommend her unconditionally.
