This appointment was with Caris Cassady. She assisted me with a pre-appointment for a scheduled colonoscopy. She was well prepared, handed me excellent paper work, and listened well to my concerns. I feel she did an excellent job for this prep for my scheduled colonoscopy.

My provider was great

Cassidy called for endoscopy which found the problem and allowed for treatment.

My experience was excellent for an initial visit before a procedure.

Cassidy was very patient in dealing with the my anxiety about a procedure and was able to answer many issues and questions and concerns.

This was one of a few preliminary consultations that Providence provides prior to surgeries/procedures etc that I have participated In. I have been very happy with all of them & think that this is a very good practice that Is being developed. The particular visit with C. Cassiday (sp?) was the best of these visits. As a note - I have already filled out this review, but filled it out for a second time as I keep getting notices.

Caris is an excellent provider. She's very thorough. I'd like her to be my primary care person.

This was the pre-colonoscopy consultation appt. I have had a few of these pre-surgery/procedure appts now and I have been very pleased with all. I think they are an excellent idea. This appointment was I think, the most productive and effective of all.

I am very satisfied with the care I received from Caris Cassady. I feel that she is the perfect fit for her position. She doesn't talk over you or make you feel uncomfortable. She listens to what you have to say and then gives her input. The only problem I have had with medical care in the last three months does not involve Caris. After my colonoscopy, some of my results were lost. This has left me with several questions about how this could happen. Also, I am left without peace of mind that all of my results would have been ok. We will proceed with another calprotectin test and see where it will go from there.

Nothing bad about my experience. But I am waiting back to see if repair my hernia. Whe I had my appendix removed. They said they seen one. If they didn't repair it . I don't understand. They were there.

Caris Cassidy provided the best care that I have experienced in a very long time. The problem was that I waited three months to receive a colonoscopy while enduring five months of abdominal pain. There was an area of erosion on my cecum and I pray that the delay in diagnosis hasn't caused irreparable damage.

This was a pre op appointment, I received a lot more care than I have had in the past.she did her homework before AND after my appointment (she called me the day after the appointment as well ) I hope to keep her as my primary care Dr if I can.She seems to want to get my problem FIXED.

Yes, I am a blind senior. She made the office together made accommodations that I could have emailed materials since I couldn't read the sheets. Understood my issues with a former preparation product and changed it to a different one. All the whole staff very responses very very helpful and accommodating, and treated me with respect.

Ms. Cassidy was professional, personable and knowledgeable. It doesn't get any better than that.

Provider got me in a very timely matter as I have been in pain for a while now. Doctor was very nice and explained things to me in detail. She seemed to really take pride in her work and wasn't passing me along. She was very through full and wanted to hear every symptom and everything that's been going on. I never felt so welcome and comfortable in a Doctors office. I definitely have confidence in this office to provide me with excellent care and get me back to feeling 100%. They are the only ones I would trust to do surgery on me locally!
