From the moment I met Dr Briefly he made me feel at ease with the procedure and how he would go about it. Every person I came in contact with treated me with great care and respect. From hospital admittance through to my follow up with Michelle. My convalescence has been as flawless.

I am not a regular patient of Michelle Hoopes but I was treated as though she had always been my providers. She was friendly and courteous and seemed to have a firm grasp on my personal health issues. She listened to me intently and answered all of my questions in a way that I easily understood. She also went out of her way to get me additional information. I was very impressed with the care Michelle gave me, thank you so much! :)

Honestly this was probably the best experience I've ever had with a care provider. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I genuinely feel like they're going the extra mile to help me get a diagnosis and treatment. Really excellent health care. Highly recommended.

Everyone I met was very friendly and cared for me extremely well.

Although I cancelled my colonoscopy, which I now regret, it had nothing to do with the satisfactory care I received during my visit. The Dr was very articulate in explaining exactly what they would be doing after giving me a mild sedation. She was very thorough. I just wasn't feeling well enough to be drinking all that medicine, having bloating with abdominal pain and possible vomiting. I now realize I should have gone through with this and will try and reschedule asap.

Michelle is the best. She has helped me get my medical issues under control. She is easy to talk to and I feel like she really listens to me.

Michelle was amazing. She did a great job as a gastro PA. She helped me with my medication as well as adding some natural remedies.I am sorry she is leaving and very upset that I no longer have a regular gastro doctor. I guess we will have to go to Santa Rosa to find a permanent one.

Provider was very attentive to my questions. This was a follow-up visit and provider had researched treatment options in preparation for the appointment.

Michelle was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the issues affecting me and described new options that were available to me that I had never considered or known about- and I have worked in the medical field for a very long time and consider myself at least passably intelligent when it comes to medical literacy. She did not rush, she answered all of my questions, and I especially liked her functional medicine perspective of treating root causes rather than symptoms. Overall one of the best visits I have had with a doctor in a long time.
