He was so well-informed and educated about Gastroenterology AND he knew my health history despite having never seen him before. Plus, he did not speak down to me and he was very kind. I always appreciate it when a provider asks, "Is there anything we didn't cover that you'd like to ask about?" (He did). Very impressed with him.
