Richard is very knowledgeable and talks to me respectfully in terms I can understand. He takes the necessary time to answer all my questions and put me at ease regarding my upcoming surgery.

Dr. Bildzukewicz and his assistant, Richard, have provided hope for remediating a 15+ year chronic reflux Issue that has greatly impacted the quality of life. It has been a tremendous relief to know that my condition will be addressed.

This doctor's office has been one that definitely stands out in giving great service! They are always pleasant and make you feel very comfortable and not rushed. All questions are answered fully and making you feel at ease. I have gone through a surgery with them recently, and felt very confident before and after. They were always there for any questions I had or any information I needed. The most competent staff, and always welcoming. I would definitely refer this office and doctor's and staff to any of my family members and friends.
