This visit with this physician was one-time consultation. MostLikely, I won't be seeing her again for a very long time.

This is only the second time I've seen Dr Lyfong. I needed a large infected cyst excised. She is clear and easy to talk to. I am still in the middle of this situation, but I am glad she is my general surgeon.

Dr. Le Young stepped in when another surgeon retired. I had to reschedule my appointment for surgery with first surgeon because I contacted Covid. She saw me as soon as was possible.

My surgeon is the quintessence of ethereal very professional and knowledgeable.

I did not feel my concerns were heard about previous surgery experiences, my concerns about pain management were not heard

Explained the procedure with a diagram, potential risks, what to expect postop. Very thorough. Office staff very pleasant.

The Dr.was very informative-Showed me the X-rays and explained what I was seeing. I was very impressed with her and pleased she will perform my surgery when necessary.

This experience was the exact opposite of my experiences with Providence. Absolutely everything went right with this visit. If my care with Providence were like this even half the time I would want to continue care with Providence. Even the wait time to see the doctor, though long, was because the patient before me got there late and really needed to be seen, so the office made concessions for a patient in need. Correspondingly, she stayed after hours to make sure I got the treatment I needed. This doctor's office, staff, demeanor, courtesy, everything about the practice was exemplary!

Everyone was very polite and very respectful. They treated me like family. The only problem that I had after the surgery. I've never got a prescription or the medicines when I needed them.. but that's nothing compared to the way they treated me love them and I would recommend them thank you very much!
