Dr. Patterson and staff were great. They were attentive and helpful with explaining what was going to happen with my upcoming procedure.

Dr. Patterson was informed, professional and addressed my concerns.

I had a surgical consult with Dr. Patterson about the two hernias I have and to discuss whether to have surgery to correct them soon or not. He discussed pros and cons with me.

Provider seemed impatient. He did not really listened to my concerns and didn't allow me to complete asking my question before assuming he knew what I would ask, and answered to what he thought I would ask. I truly do not feel comfortable seeing this surgeon again, nor having him do surgery on me based on his inability to listen. It showed a lack of care about me as an individual, which I feel would translate to same type of lack in care for me during surgery.

He was arrogant, had terrible bedside manner, cold and not empathetic. I felt like a number in his office and felt like I was a bother. He rushed the appointment. When I was speaking to his nurse, he tossed some papers onto my hands from behind me when I was leaning on the counter and said, you have gallstones and then walked away. It was one of the worst experiences I have had yet with a doctor. I'm surprised face allows him to work there. If you google and read the bad reviews, patients have had similar experiences as I have which is very telling of his professionalism
