I have actually spoken to several people about how impressed I have been with the care I received from the emergency room, hospital staff and doctors, including even the custodian and others who interacted with me. Every single interaction ranged from simply respectful and competent to delightfully kind and humorous.

At 67, this was my very 1st surgery (umbilical hernia). Everything was explained very well & all went perfectly, including healing. Very pleased with how the entire process went, including the entire medical team assisting.

Dr. Howard is one of the best Doctors I've spoken with!! I like her so much.

Dr. Howard is very personable and kind. I appreciated the phone call from her personally (not staff) when my surgery had to be rescheduled for reasons beyond her control. She displays a calm mannerism that helped me feel at ease, she listened to me, and she was helpful to answer all questions and concerns I had.
