Dr Bax is excellent and his staff is very nice and concerned. The only issue is that the surgery scheduling team is so busy it is difficult to get a call back for scheduling or medical info.

Dr Bax is very easy to talk with, especially for a surgeon, who are notorious for having bad people skills, but Dr Bax is the exception. He's kind and caring, and patient when explaining what he thinks is going on.
