This was just an express care visit since I needed care right away

I wanted a referral to an ENT for recurring ear infections. I was told I needed an appointment first, which I made. I was not given an effective treatment for my developing ear infection and was given a steroid cream instead. I'm now on vacation with a painful ear infection, no prescription, and no referral to an ENT.However, this care provider listened to additional concerns and ordered my requested lab work without pushback, which I do appreciate.

Very professional, answered my questions and recommended an over the counter medication for my heartburn. I would like to see her again.

Kaitlyn is great. A very thoughtful, compassionate, understanding professional. When my primary was of no help Kaitlyn came to the rescue and properly diagnosed my issue. I now at 82 am doing exceptionally well. I haven't done this well for many years. Kaitlyn is the only person I want to consult with for my primary care.
