I was very happy with the care I received. I felt that she really cared that I got better and ordered all the tests I needed for me to achieve this goal as quickly as possible.

My provider immediately provided me with the exact medication I needed. I feel that I am on the road to complete healing.

Rapid Access Clinic at Centralia Providence Internal is an EXCELLENT addition for urgent/non-emergent needs. Excellent provider. Scheduling automated phone service needs to be updated-it was very difficult to get through to correct person to schedule. (overall, Providence lags quite a bit in keeping their provider lists current too-Doctors still listed that haven't been there for years). I do highly recommend hanging on to the services of Ndeye A. Sene, ARNP-she is very professional, knowledgeable and patient oriented, and addressed my issues after Valley View walk in clinic PA failed. I will continue to use Rapid Access exclusively as possible in the future.

I didn't know there was a rapid appointment service. Thankful there is.

I thought the care provider and the MA were both very nice and very informative.

Ndeye was a pleasant woman to work with. Her questions regarding the issue that brought me in for an appointment were pertinent and and helpful to try and determine what is causing my hip pain.
