I’m Julianne Ramirez-Nadjm, PharmD, a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist based in Lacey, Washington. I see myself as a coach for my patients—someone who helps them excel in their health goals by providing the tools, education, and support they need to succeed. I also help patients navigate complexities in their care, offering guidance that supports progress and long-term wellness. My approach to care is rooted in evidence-based medicine and a holistic view of health. I treat the whole person, considering not just physical symptoms but also emotional, social, psychological, and spiritual factors that impact well-being. I partner closely with primary care and other providers to prescribe appropriate therapies and ensure safe, effective medication management. My role centers on helping patients achieve what they feel is most important in their health journey through education, collaboration, and personalized care. I strive to create a thoughtful, compassionate, and empowering care experience for every patient I work with.
