Navigating the telephone bingo (some lines not answering), getting appointments lined up (0530 check in, really? I live in Richland.)None of this is the doctor's fault.Doc Hay seemed really competent. Efficient patient and kind.

Dr Hay has been my oncologist through my cancer journey. She is the best and told me she loves my in-depth questions. She has been honest, knowledgeable and respectful when I had fears and yet got me through the treatments to now, a 2 yr survival status. I will forever be grateful to her for all she has done in applying evidence-based research to my case, while still being personable and showing me she cares.

My husband and I were amazed with how much time Dr. Hay spent with us. She spent almost two hours and asked many times if we understood or had more questions. She was very engaged with us. She obviously cares about the patients she is working with.

My experience with Dr Hay and the staff are alway. Caring, efficient and supportive. I'm always very pleased with my yearly appointment and appreciation the fact they they call me for scheduling my yearly appointment at least 3 months ahead.

Dr Hay made everything easy to understand, calmed my worries, and was forthright about my situation - a thing I very much appreciated. I feel safe in her hands.

The only concern I had was the delay in scheduling after the referral was received. Seemed like that took longer than it should have. I was in a lot of pain. I am very satisfied with the care I am receiving however and would not change my provider- she was fabulous!
