EVERY ONE WAS VERY POLITE AND FELT LIKE THEY REALLY CARED ABOUT HOW I WAS FEELING, WITH GREAT CONCERNS, AND REALLY LISTENED TO ME WITHOUT CUTTING ME OFF, AND ASKED DID I HAVE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS, ALL WAS EXPLAINED TO ME WITH UNDERSTANDING AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD.

All is good. I have recovered greatly since my procedure and continue to push myself and get better. I do get down when I'm told how bad things could have been. Like you could have needed a heart transplant and stuff like that, it brings me down because I'm forward thinking and don't want to focus on the bad. Besides that all is amazing and my team is the best.

Nicole Ransbottom is part of the Congestive Heart Failure team and all of these members are highly qualified and very well versed on the conditions of their patients. This was my first visit with Nicole and she was very easy to communicate with and knowledgeable with my case and was and helpful with advise.

Nicole was not the usual provider that I have seen in the past. I really appreciated her professionalism, and knowledge. She answered all our concerns. I hope I continue to see her in the future.

Thorough and caring

The reason for my less than perfect scores for this visit relates to the follow-up after the blood work. I was contacted by someone on my care team who I'm not familiar with, who gave me instructions for adding a new medication (as discussed with Nicole Ransbottom as my in-person visit) AND reducing a diuretic drug I take daily. Nicole did not mention the potential that lab results might show the need for this.I currently am in a long recovery from an episode of massive edema that landed me in the hospital and a rehab center for three months in 2024. I'm VERY nervous about reducing diuretics, which I think are keeping my edema down and enabling the rest of my recovery.I negotiated to make only one change in my medications at this time, to minimize disruption to the rest of my medication regime. But I felt blind-sided by the follow-up phone call, which is why my scores are lower than for solely the visit itself. Which was professional, friendly, and helpful.
