Nicole Ransbottom has been all I've ever wanted..... Someone that listens, someone that gives the best answers she can. Not afraid to order test that have NOT been done in years. Good way to track progress. She's not afraid to give me a referral to a rhythm specialist to get the answers I want and need. I hope to have Nicole on my care team forever.

My appointment was very informative and Nicole was very easy to talk to.

Great appointment with a new PA we had not previously seen. She was very prepared, had read old charts and old tests and had plan already to address our health concerns already in mind. Gave specific directions and ordered tests and followed up on them. Always responsive on My Chart messages that we asked even before our in personal appointment. She's a plus to the Heart team at Providence.

All is good. I have recovered greatly since my procedure and continue to push myself and get better. I do get down when I'm told how bad things could have been. Like you could have needed a heart transplant and stuff like that, it brings me down because I'm forward thinking and don't want to focus on the bad. Besides that all is amazing and my team is the best.

Nicole Ransbottom is part of the Congestive Heart Failure team and all of these members are highly qualified and very well versed on the conditions of their patients. This was my first visit with Nicole and she was very easy to communicate with and knowledgeable with my case and was and helpful with advise.

Nicole was not the usual provider that I have seen in the past. I really appreciated her professionalism, and knowledge. She answered all our concerns. I hope I continue to see her in the future.
