I don't have enough wonderful things to say about Dr Patel. She saved my life and allowed me to live to see my grandchildren. I have been cancer free for 11 years and my youngest grandson is 9 years old. I believe that says it all.

I had just been diagnosed with a return of my cancer. Dr Patel was very positive in explaining how we go forward. I have found St Jude moves very quickly when I'm diagnosed with cancer. All my scans, appointment with surgeon, etc were scheduled right away. Aside from this situation, I have found it difficult to get an appointment with my GP quickly when I'm sick with something like flu. It's usually 2 weeks out so I end up in Urgent Care. I don't know if that is how the system is now designed to work? In the past, I was able to get an appointment within a day or two.

Dr. Giriibala Patel is one of the most thorough doctors I have visited in my 84 years. She exudes the professional attitude yet makes you feel she sees YOU, not just a patient. DR. Patel makes you feel comforted and cared for. Love her, only wish I did not have to have cancer before I could meet her. She is one good thing that came from being diagnosed with cancer...strange as that is to say.
