About Fen J. Jiang

Dr. Fen Jiang is a board-certified oncologist and internist practicing with Providence Mission Heritage Medical Group. Dr. Jiang completed her internship and residency training at University of Tennessee. She received her Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University and her oncology fellowship training at University of California Irvine Medical Center.

Prior to her arrival at our clinic, Dr. Jiang practiced at Providence Regional Medical Center in Lacey, Washington, for more than a decade. She has a particular interest in treating malignancies including cancers in the lung, breast, colon, prostate, esophagus, stomach, head and neck. She is also experienced in treating lymphoma, bone marrow disorders such as anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, acute and chronic leukemia, MDS, and myeloproliferative disorders. Her clinical expertise includes targeted therapy and chemotherapy.

Currently, Dr. Jiang sees patients at the state-of-the-art cancer treatment center, Leonard Cancer Institute in Mission Viejo, CA. It is recognized among the nation’s elite cancer centers and brings the power of precision medicine, progressive research, and leading-edge clinical trials to our community.

Dr. Jiang feels that open communication between doctor and patient is essential, and a compassionate physician can support and enhance a patient’s healing. She believes that every patient should have a caring physician by their side as they travel through different stages of their cancer journey.

“I believe cancer is a word, not a sentence,” Dr. Jiang says. “My patients are my inspiration. Their strength, courage, and belief in me make me honored to be present and available to guide them through this phase in life. For my patients, I strive every day to be the best physician I can be.”
