Dr. Fong is a brilliant doctor and a caring person. Those two qualities rarely exist in a medical provider.

Dr Fong was incredibly rude, dismissive, ignored my symptoms and concerns regarding my last 3 infusions, and offered no solution as to why I was experiencing really extreme side effects I would like to find a new doctor ASAP, he also told me the tests I had upcoming for endocrinology were pointless and was very offensive and made me upset and it was a complete waste If time

Dr. Fong has a thorough understanding and knowledge of my medical condition . Always recommends the appropriate treatment for my Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.

Inability to listen to my questions or concerns. Showed no patience with me. Seemed very dictatorial. I was not able to have a good visit. NO BEDSIDE MANNER whatsoever. The worse provider I had for several months in many different areas of my condition.

Wish I didn't have to see Dr. Fong. He doesn't care, dismisses any of my concerns and is creepy.

During my office visits with Dr. Fong, he consistently demonstrates that he understands my medical condition and continuously monitors important aspects in order to best decide courses of action and to explain the situation to me. His explanations are very understandable and he responds well to any questions I have.

Dr. Minch Fong is the best physician I could ask for. He knows me, he remembers conversations we've had, he knows what treatment I'm comfortable with. It truly matters to him that I feel as well as possible, that we look at all options for treatment. He's professional, very up-to-date with new medications and treatments. The staff is wonderful, attentive and more than polite...they feel.lije family.There Is nothing they need to Improve, they're perfect.

On time, friendly, knowledgeable, and never has me get tests that aren't necessary (as my former Hematologist did).

Dr Fong and his entire staff majed me and my husband feel heard and seen and give us so much personalized care that we jyst love them ni matter how bad things are concerning the tumors in the left lung. I know they genuinely care about both of us and try to do the best they can for our comfort and we'll being.Unfortunately there are situations when medical intervention isn't truly an option any longer! But even then Dr. Fongs demeanor remains empathetic to both me and my husband. (I took the liberty of filling this out as if I was [Name(s)]. But I'm hus husband [Name(s)], and I can honestly testify that [Name(s)] feels this way exactly. With his Ashzimers, he wouldn't be able to answer these questions, but if we went back into the office, and you asked him these same questions, these are the answers he would give. And take me at my word... I know I gave Dr. Fong and his entire staff a glowing review. I did this because the most certainly deserve this glowing review. They've been there for us this entire past 18 months, and helped save [Name(s)] from a 3 month window before dying to lyrnex throat cancer stage [ID] back on January [Date], 2024. Tom has had a fairly high quality of living all this time. Yes there were some rough spots, but I'm the one who remembers them. He has lost those moments to his short term memory disease. I would, and do, recommend Dr. Fing and his staff to everyone I think should know about him.And again, these words are not blown into bigger words that what us just the simple and honest truth.Sincerely, and with God as my witness, I mean every word! Dr. Fong literally walked to oncology to fit me in immediately. He is personable and takes a true interest in his patients. 10/10. I have referred friends to him several times.

Dr Fong, Dr Bisuna, and each staff person, literally every single one of them, treated me with respect, kindness, and patience. I am so grateful.

The techs supporting Dr Fong are happy, pleasant and efficient. It's a pleasure seeing them each visit along with my years of top notch, best in class service from Dr. Fong. Although I find the new facilities quite sterile, I do think there is a good group of qualified and satisfied employees. It's important. Again, I would say the warmth is no longer what I feel in the facilities, they are nice but things are a bit too sterile for an emotional ride like cancer. Thank goodness there are great and dedicated employees that stick around.

He listens, he's compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, personable and always knows about any advancements in how to treat my CML. I coukd not ask for better treatment. The same can be said of the office staff; they're all very caring. In all my years, I do not have a single complaint.
