I hve good experiences with my care provider! Because of my limited Englist, sometime I don't understand clearly of what she said.

NP Jeong is warm & responsive. Very patient and compassionate with my Dad, who is elderly & has dementia. I trust her with my Dad's care.

I am so blessed to receive the outstanding care by Dr M and Jeoung. I made the right decision in choosing Dr M. There is no better than she. They go over all my bloodwork and explain how my Chemo is working to lower my Myeloma numbers. I am very hopeful that I will go into remission as I know there is no cure but someday there will be a cure. Dr M has a MA who is also outstanding. I call her Sunshine. Thankful I chose to come to St Joe's for treatment.

My appointment was with my regular provider, but his nurse practitioner was substituted with my prior approval. The nurse practitioner was attentive but not the equal of my regular oncologist. The visit was routine, so the visit was satisfactory.

I arrived late because I went to the wrong office. I had several other appointments for the morning. I called in to let them know. The staff was very helpful and helped me when I arrived. They were very understanding and patient. I appreciate their kindness. The nurse that took my vitals was super nice and friendly. Sweet lady.

She is an excellent nurse practitioner. I value her experience and information and look forward to our next visit.
