Incredible Oncologist! Dr. Mahmood is the epitome of how a doctor should be! Friendly, cares deeply for his pts., great bedside manner, listens, respectful, looks you in the eye, doesn't have one foot out the door ready to see his next pt. I worked in health care at CHOC, I have high expectations and he meets them all!FYI, Your questionnaire isn't really appropriate for seeing an Oncologist, especially the first few questions.

He is very smart, well trained, patient, courteous and never in a hurry at the patient's expense. There are few physicians in this category! I am very fortunate to be a patient of his! I feel safe in his care! Please focus on the question regarding being seen or called if tests performed were such that intervention was required immediately, all my tests, All, are performed within a week or so of scheduled follow-up appointment. I have never been forgottened!

Dr. Mahmood is a fabulous oncologist, I owe him my life. He is very personable, looks you in the eyes during the appt and is not focused on his computer like some physicians. I feel like I could ask him anything about my health or concerns about blood test results as it relates to signs of cancer coming back etc. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. I don't dread going to the doctor when seeing him. The staff in the office and assistants are very kind and helpful as well.
