I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Taylor and his very talented and capable team.at all levels, they provide exceptional and incredibly joyful care and attention.

This is one of several physicians and support staff helping me through a cancer diagnosis. Franz Cancer Institute is amazing. I can't think of one thing to complain about. I use MyChart frequently to ask questions, and I usually get a response within two days. The facility is clean, and everyone is kind, compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, and patient.

Jamie Martinez is a very professional and competent care giver. She knows about my cancer and does review my chart and is always available for questions. She knows me as a person and understands things that are difficult for me such as blood draws, etc. She takes great care of me and I sincerely appreciate her and her skills and knowledge.
