I had a very informative and friendly visit. Dr Gamboa answered all my questions and concerns and was quite pleasant.

Dr. Gamboa provides excellent quality care. Exceeds my expectations, specially after office hours when I have called with concerns. He visited me at the hospital on a Sunday after being available to consult with the ER surgeon in the middle of the night.

I have been increasingly dissatisfied with the level of care I have received from Dr. Gamboa. He is hyper-focused on 1 reason why I haven't felt good, and I do not agree with him. He does not want to listen to my ideas and how I am feeling. I feel like he is condescending when I ask him to explain things to me. I look for compassionate care, and it feels so rushed and ignorant when I see him. I work best when my provider works with me, not dictates to me what he thinks Is best. I will not be seeing him again in the future. I hope he is more compassionate to people who are going through cancer and making very hard decisions in their life.
