Dr Chintapatla is very kind and cares about me. He answers my questions completely and makes sure I understand. Since cancer is difficult emotionally for everyone, I love the way he talks to me. He always makes me feel like he's there for me. He's a wonderful doctor.

Always professional and easy to converse with

Even though the provider has a genuine accent that someone like me who has a severe hearing loss and finds it difficult to understand, he did everything possible to help make it easier for me to understand him by dropping the mask and wearing a shield instead. That gesture was very much appreciated.

Always listen and answer my questions.

Scheduling continues to be very poor. Phone messages requesting feedback are not returned. It's impossible for me to plan visits to family or coordinate vacations. We are pleased with our doctor and other staff but the scheduling problems make us wish we had other options.
