I am very satisfied with the care at Tri-Cities Cancer Center. Dr. Chintapatla is an excellent Oncologist and I trust him with my care.

Very pleased with the care I was given and his knowledgeable answers to my questions and concerns.

Cancer is my dx, Dr C has given me straight answers, has followed up on tests results and had his team call me to make appointments quickly. He was very ypset when my lung biopsy was rescheduled as the machine was broken, the reschedule appointment was later than he or I were comfortable with. The reschedule was not rescheduled as a state as ordered.

Dr Chintapatla often delayed for quite some time when answering my questions. I am unsure whether this is because English is not his native language ORBecause he wishes to be extremely precise in his answers.I wish to stress that this experience is neither good, nor bad... IT is simply an observation.

The best provider I have

In my opinion, Kadlec is the best Healthcare facility in Eastern Washington. I have never had a bad experience there. Just wish they could expand their Cancer treatment programs, especially additional providers and facilities, to expand to meet the needs of Eastern / Central Washington. It is desperately needed.
