He is a surgeon and had to tell me all the things that could go wrong and how hard the recovery is. It would be nice not to have surgery, but I'm not getting better, only worse. So here we go. He's a good doctor.

Chad M. Harbour was an excellent communicator. He took the time to describe everything needed for me to get ready for my upcoming surgery. He was thorough with showing me the detailed problem areas on my X rays and bedside manner was courteous and personal. He alleviated any fears I had moving forward. He provided suggestions on what to consider with weight loss prior to surgery as It will help with healing. Appreciated his prompt contact to my primary care giver to start a medical program to get me ready sooner than later. Wonderful connection and I feel very confident with his level of professionalism and expertise In his line of work now that we have had our first appointment!

This dr and his staff were pleasant and patient with me. Sometimes drs can be rushed and so I appreciated that the visit didnt seem rushed. He showed me the pictures of my problem joints and gave his honest recccomendation for treatment. I am comfortable with what he said and would see him again If needed
