Chad M. Harbour was an excellent communicator. He took the time to describe everything needed for me to get ready for my upcoming surgery. He was thorough with showing me the detailed problem areas on my X rays and bedside manner was courteous and personal. He alleviated any fears I had moving forward. He provided suggestions on what to consider with weight loss prior to surgery as It will help with healing. Appreciated his prompt contact to my primary care giver to start a medical program to get me ready sooner than later. Wonderful connection and I feel very confident with his level of professionalism and expertise In his line of work now that we have had our first appointment!

This dr and his staff were pleasant and patient with me. Sometimes drs can be rushed and so I appreciated that the visit didnt seem rushed. This ortho team has been the best team I have had. I have been to other ortho doctors and had such bad experiences that I really had PTSD to see another ortho surgeon but have been much happier with this team. Very respectful toward me.

I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Harbour. I was easy to talk to, very thorough and spent plenty of time explaining the hip replacement process. My only disappointment recently with all providers is the amount of time I have to wait to see a provider. I have been in pain for over two months and now have to wait another four months before I can get surgery!
