I have received excellent care from this provider and his team.

I like all my Providence Dr's. I dont plan on going anywhere else. Dr Harbour was very friendly and personable. He was also thorough.

Dr. Harbour replaced both of my hips 5 years apart and wouldn't go to anyone else if he is still practicing medicine. After 5 years he remembered all of the details of my previous surgery and personal life including where I work and how quickly I was back to work after that surgery.

This is an amazing office & fantastic people. So blessed the are my specialist.

Dr Harbour amputated my right leg in June 2025 and saved my life by doing so. I have the greatest respect for his professionalism and dedication.

The Dr told us what we needed to take care of the problem.

Dr. Harbour is a good surgeon, but at my follow up appt., he said he would call in my pain medicine prescription and he didn't. It was a very stressful and upsetting time for me. It was a Friday, and no one was in the office. I finally had to have my primary prescribe it.

He is a surgeon and had to tell me all the things that could go wrong and how hard the recovery is. It would be nice not to have surgery, but I'm not getting better, only worse. So here we go. He's a good doctor.

Chad M. Harbour was an excellent communicator. He took the time to describe everything needed for me to get ready for my upcoming surgery. He was thorough with showing me the detailed problem areas on my X rays and bedside manner was courteous and personal. He alleviated any fears I had moving forward. He provided suggestions on what to consider with weight loss prior to surgery as It will help with healing. Appreciated his prompt contact to my primary care giver to start a medical program to get me ready sooner than later. Wonderful connection and I feel very confident with his level of professionalism and expertise In his line of work now that we have had our first appointment!

I have always had great experience with the whole team.

This dr and his staff were pleasant and patient with me. Sometimes drs can be rushed and so I appreciated that the visit didnt seem rushed. He showed me the pictures of my problem joints and gave his honest recccomendation for treatment. I am comfortable with what he said and would see him again If needed
