Very,very impressed with Dr Drumm! My visit was a consult to go over a CT of my left hip. He was actually a second opinion to an ortho doc in Tri-Cities, and initially the opinions were diametrically opposed (both solely based on X-rays). But Dr Drumm's office ordered a CT to provide more detail, and it proved to be a very good choice because a lot of detail was revealed that the X-ray did not show. So great marks for thoroughness. Additionally (unlike the TC ortho doc), Dr Drumm read my entire medical history before coming in the door, so he was totally prepared for my questions and concerns about surgery vs my comorbid conditions. So great marks on being detail-oriented and prepared! Yep, he's the one. I'll travel 2 hours out of town for this doctor.

Dr. Drumm is in my opinion THE BEST! As a retired Charge Nurse, I've worked with hundreds of doctors, and he has all the good qualities I'd want in a surgeon that is going to do an extremely important procedure on me or my mother or father.He is considerate, collegial, answers all my questions, and asks if I have more questions.In the O.R. (I was awake) he is respectful of all the team, but clearly in charge. I'd say he knows exactly what he is doing, and he describes everything clearly for the patient. He allows the patient to observe the procedure from time to time. Post-op, he is positive and continues to be "involved" with the patient's care. I have already recommended him to other people.And, I was quite touched that he prayed with me, pre-op. I believe that's quite rare! Dr. Drum is a great Doctor, he talks with you about everything where you understand what he is talking about. He did a great job on my knee, it's a lot better than it was before. He is in my prayers everyday I thank God for him everyday.
