Dr. Phyu is an exceptional doctor. She has been treating me from Dec. [Date],2025 from the day I was In Providence Hospital until today [Date]/2026. She further worked with Sutter Home Care to direct IV therapy I was receiving for an acute medical issue. She was on top of the medical issue at all times. Even when it seemed the first 28 days of IV therapy had cleared the issue. She had another test done which showed it was not cleared yet. Besides the testing she asked several questions that affirmed that I needed two more weeks of therapy with a new IV medication. Her thorough analysis and experience waited heavily in my favor. On [Date]/2026 she spent a whole hour with me listening to me. It was great talking to her in person, which made me feel more confident things would work out as she planned. I requested one more final test which she ordered through Sutter Home Care which confirmed things were fine this time. Just trusting me with this last request made me feel confident in what a Dr. & patient relationship should be. She is an exceedingly kind, listening, and caring person. I was glad she was my doctor for my issue during this time. It was complex and she managed it well. She also has excellent medical assistance. Also, the communication between Sutter Home Health Care and Dr. Phyu and her office was outstanding both with the Sutter Home Health Nure and the Infusion Pharmacy was outstanding. Thank God Dr. Phyu Is at Providence.

Dr. Phyu had not known of my renal failure EVEN THOUGH I had sent 2 documents to her in MyChart. It quickly became apparent once she opened my records and read. Disappointing to say the least.
