Dr Lanasa was very helpful, and answered every single question I asked her. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and compassionate. I can't say enough good things about the support staff person. I wish I could remember her name. She did some pretty complicated scheduling to get me seen quickly, and could not have been more helpful and friendly.
