Dr Zou was fantastic. He was aware of my history and this was my first appointment with him. He was very thorough asked questions to ensure he interpreted the records correctly. He also checked my heart, legs, etc. Ordered blood work and referred me to allergy. I was very impressed! He also explained why he recommended eliminating a medication.

Everyone was knowledgeable and caring.

Ease of questions and answers between us

The provider was knowledgeable and respected what I had to say. It took 2 months to get an initial appointment though. That's too long for an acute issue.

He is easy to talk to and is not concerned with telling you about mistakes you might be making and what it would mean to your recovery!
