Dr. Jan is so kind and thoughtful. She always puts me at ease during my visits. I am moving out of state temporarily and she assured me there would not be any interruption in my ability to obtain my daily medications. We made a plan for my upcoming testing which really put me at ease. She's the BEST!

Biggest complaint is sometimes it can be annoying to get a med refill but hasn't been an issue lately. Last time I was served really quickly and my dr is knowledge.

It was my first visit with her. My previous Internist retired. Everything went well. She ordered blood work and I was given a follow-up appointment with the doctor 2 weeks to follow up-up regarding the blood work and the doctor was nice enough to leave me a message thru the Providence website indicating that there was nothing abnormal with my results and she would go over things during my upcoming appointment. I appreciated that.

It has been a problem to speak to a receptionist to make an appointment over the last year. I am told that a new system has been installed which I have not experienced yet. Despite this issue I am very happy with Dr Jan and the team.

I usually schedule my appts through my chart, but my provider never has any openings, I have to wait almost a month to see her. Once I'm there she does take time to look at my history and listen to my new concerns. I think Dr. Jan is a good Doctor.

Great first visit with Dr. Jan. However, I spent 90 minutes inputting my medical history on My Chart in advance and it was not accessible by the doctor.

Dr Jan is fantastic. She is very thorough in asking questions to understand my current state of health. Reviews my history with me, and explains tests that I should schedule and the reason why based on genetics and medical history.This is by far the best medical office I have visited in a very, long time. They really care about their patients, and they are very thorough in asking questions and prescribing an appropriate treatment.

Dr. Jan continues to be my "rock". Someone who I rely on to give me the best advice on whatever issue I have. She's intelligent, thorough, extremely empathetic and makes sure that I have the best care from specialists etc. My husband is also a patient and we are so very grateful to have her as our PCP. Moreover, she responds very quickly to any messages left on the portal. Truly an outstanding physician!

When you see Dr Jan, she gives you her full attention and helps with whatever issue you are having..what I don't like is that no one answers the phone and you must leave a message and hope they call back. I was very very sick last week and wound up in the hospital and the Drs worked together andi appreciated that.
