I couldn't see the doctor I wanted, but they gave me another doctor and I was very pleased.They were so very nice

Dr Aung is my new PCP. I came to her with issues related to a broken nose as well as Inguinal hernia. She referred me for both surgeries and has completed my annual physical and labs. She followed up with a detailed review of my labs in easy to understand terms. She also takes amazing notes, everything I say ends up in the clinical notes. I'm super happy with my new doctor.

Good experience

As a new patient, Dr. Aung was friendly and kind. She asked routine questions and offered me the COVID and flu vaccine as well as a breast exam. She also requested release of medical records from a previous provider which is great- other providers ask that you go retrieve those documents yourself which can take a long time. She asked me if I had any specific concerns and referred me to a specialist accordingly. It was a good first experience, thank you.

I was a little worried at first because I normally go to Facey in Santa Clarita relocated closer to the Burbank area and knowing LA is a little bit different because It's more populated with people, every employee was super friendly, so I can definitely say that the experience far exceeded My expectations

Dr Aung was thorough and great.

This was my first time having time to go to the doctor physically in 3 years. The provider I saw today (Dr. Aung) helped me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions. I don't know if they are my primary but I would like to see if I can change to have them be my primary physician from this point on.

It is my first visit w/ a doctor for more than a year. This appointment is accommodating to my needs. The staff are very pleasant and the doctor is very thorough w/ my health concerns. I am grateful to be a patient of theirs.

Everything was great. It was a busy, busy day but I basically had no wait time. Both the doctor and her assistant were very kind and made me feel comfortabl3e and well taken care of.

I change providers. I choose Dr Aung because she is an Internal Medicine Doctor and I am old, and consider her more appropriate for someone like me with a huge medical history. Dr Aung was excellent.
