Dr H is the best. I wish she wasn't so booked out so far in advance but she's worth the wait.

This is my first visit to Dr. Anush Hasratyan. She was a great listener and explained everything in plain English. Only problem I encountered was I had to wait for 2 and 1/2 months to see her due to her schedule. But, I will stick with her because she is so nice.

Dr. Hasratyan has been my main doctor for many years. She is always attentive to my questions and I am very comfortable with her. I would like to say that I am concerned if something important comes up that scheduling an appointment is several months out. It is okay if I just need a prescription refilled or an annual check up but for anything more than that, I feel it is too long to have to wait for an appointment.

Although I never called the office with questions, I would send messages to Dr. Hasratyan through the portal. She always answers in a very timely manner. I appreciate that.

I, by means of a message within the Providence app, sent 2 pictures and requested comment on a breakout rash on my back. I was concerned that I might be developing a case of shingles; which I never had before. Within 20 minutes I received a reply and was given the opportunity to meet face to face with Dr. Hazratyan the next morning, as she felt it was urgent that I be seen. Consequently, due to her quick response, I was able to receive a diagnosis and start treatment in quick order.

I have been seeing Dr. Anush Hasratyan for the past 10 years. She has always been courteous, attentive, listens intently to my concerns and takes thorough notes as reflected in the MyChart entries. She has a genuine concern for her patients. I don't call the office frequently, but I do use the messaging in MyChart. Either Dr. Hasratyan or her staff respond to my inquiries in a timely manner. I like the relationship I have with my physician, it is never one-sided and she always goes over her treatment plan with me prior to prescribing meds or performing lab work.
