I had an exceptional experience with both my PCP and during my urgent care visit. Dr. Vaudrey went above and beyond to ensure continuity of care by trying to reach my PCP during my visit, even though my PCP wasn't in that day. He was not only caring, but also attentive, thorough, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt heard and supported. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely at ease.The next day, my PCP Dr. Cacho's office called right away to schedule a follow-up appointment to ensure the medication I received was working well for me. Dr Cacho is unlike any other physician I have ever had. He is incredibly intentional, kind and caring. He goes above and beyond for his patients as does his team.
