The wait for the provider was within expectations. The provider used the computer records to ask if things had changed since the last visit. The provider asked questions to see how I was feeling and how things changed from the last visit - last year. In addition, the provider checked on my adjustment to our house burning down last January and how I was coping with the loss and rental life and change to a new house this month.I would assess the visit as good with thoughtful questions for an annual physical.

Excellent care and courtesy received from this provider and staff. Doctor spent sufficient time with me to cover all my questions. Office staff quickly arranges referrals and lab work Instructions, so I do not have to return or call back.The only big negative is the availability of appointments is extremely limited if I need to change a date or time.

I would also like to compliment his MA who was very kind. I mistakenly arrived an hour early and yet she didn't make me wait in the waiting room. She brought me back to the exam room so I could wait there instead of the waiting room. :)

Dr. Borsari made sure I was seen immediately by a specialist. He was very clear about the benefit of immediate and timely care of my injury.

Dr. Borsari walked into the office 1 minute before my scheduled appointment and introduced himself without his professional title, a rare example of modesty. Usually, medical providers announce themselves as "doctor" and address me by my first name -- despite the fact that I am a doctor too. But I digress. He was professional, attentive, and kind. I asked him whether I could become a regular patient of his but his roster is full. I was saddened by that because after moving from internist to internist over the past 19 years, I had finally found the ideal primary care physician.

My provider has been excellent since I first started going there for care.

I have given up trying to schedule appointments with Dr B outside of the usual every 6 months. There is never any availability so I have to go to urgent care for in between visits. Also I have finally got a referral for sleep apnea that I have been asking for for more than a year. I have been out of supplies and unable to use my machine with no one to prescribe. Outside of these two issues I love Dr Borasori. He listens and offers alternatives for treatment. He Is also great with ensuring I get my blood work done and keeps my prescriptions up to date. He also responds to communication via the portal timely.

I was sent by the imaging dept to see my PCPWithout an appointment. Very positive response in the manner that they handled.

Missed my first appointment because we had difficulty setting down stairs of porch. Was on a lot of pain fitting into truck. Called to tell we're running late, and told next appointment two weeks away. Begged her, PA or somebody, because of the smacked kneecap. She put me on a long hold, but came through with a PA and slide in by Dr B. They recommended the Fracture clinic , set me up for appt. Was able to make sure how to keep brace o properly since ER visit 3 days before. Thanks

Dr. Borsari is a great physician and clinician. I didn't answer two questions because I didn't want to mislead the data. 1. The ease of making an appointment : Dr. B is so in demand that I have a hard time getting in to see him. It's easy to actually make an appointment but I can't get in for months. Or if I have an urgent need to see him I have to see his PA )who is very competent). 2. I don't refer family to him because I know this about him - he's not taking new patients. It's not because he's not a good doctor- just the opposite. But he always gets back to me via the portal if I have a question or concern.
