Dr Wu communicated well and takes such good care of my Mother

Dr.Wu was very nice & professional. I was early to my appointment & only waited in the reception room for 5 mins. All staff very friendly & I felt that my concerns were addressed.

Dr. Wu and his staff have been 100% responsive. I hear from them almost immediately after any request I've ever made in the online portal. His support staff is extremely polite and competent.

Very please with Doctor Wu he is very respectful, knowledgeable and kind. I have no complaints.

Dr Wu and his medical assistant are wonderful. I recently switched to him as my primary doctor due to not being able to schedule timely appts with my previous primary. Very happy I made this change.

There was an issue with scheduling on line. I scheduled an appointment thinking that Dr Wu was a dermatologist which is what I was looking for. However, he listened to my health concerns and was able to provide a treatment plan. He also addressed a separate issue with my shoulder.

I started going to Dr Johnny Wu in July of 2025, as my previous physicians were retiring. I was highly concerned as I had unresolved health problems and was switching from a conciere doctor at St Joseph and another from Hoag Hospital. Dr Wu took immediate charge of these issues and they are being brought to the forefront. I highly appreciate his attention to details and resolution of my Issues. His extreme knowledge give me comfort of being taken care of and his referrals to other specialist Is highly appreciated.

Dr Wu seemed like a good internal medicine doctor. But I needed a determatogist. I looked on the Providence doctor search for a determatogist. Dr Wu we recommend to me. This visit was a huge waste of my and Dr Wu's time. Dr Wu gave me a referral for a determatogist. He said he has seen problems with searches on the web service.

Dr. Wu looked me in the eye as I talked. He also looked at me as he explained things.

Dr Wu listened to both his daughter, his caregiver, and patient regarding our concerns about the discharge Dr from the hospital, her urgency in discharging him even though his WBC was rising, his previous hospitalist (Dr Nixon) had wanted him observed for several days based on medication changes yet she (Dr Choi) within 3 hours of seeing him deemed him well enough to go home, and family had to file an appeal to keep him in the hospital for further testing. His blood pressure tanked two days after she tried to discharge him- had he been home, he might not be here. Dr Wu also understood, that though he's 100, he was active prior to the initial admission on June 3, was walking with a walker, visited his neighbors, went to his veteran's functions and church. Dr Wu understood that the family just want the remaining time we have with him, to be fulfilling to him- he's earned it, he deserves it and we want him to be happy (if he wants to go skiing, we'll take him skiing; if he wants bourbon, he gets bourbon- and Dr. Wu agreed with us.) We are very pleased with Dr Wu and will recommend him.

This was my first visit to Wu who I chose after my prior G P recently retired. I was surprised at how familiar he was with my medical history from my prior records.

Provider was very nice and answered my questions. Personally didn't like him wearing a mask, but I get it would like to have seen his face for the first time meeting him.

Dr. Wu and his staff has always been very responsive--especially so when I recently came down with bacterial pneumonia, they got me in right away for a visit, set me up for an XRay and gave me the necessary medication.

I appreciated the time Dr. Will spent as I was a new patient.

I was seen by Dr Johnny Wu as Dr Garcia was gone. Dr Wu listened to me about my leg pain and was very informative about possible statin and cholesterol meds that could cause muscle aches. We agreed to stop taking my cholesterol meds for two weeks and also get an MRI of my left leg to see if there may be something going on with my muscles. Thank Dr Wu for being so kind.

Dr. Wu gird me scheduled quite rapidly for needed test to follow up on my problems.
