I had never met Vanessa before this visit. I appreciate that she listened to me and answered all my questions..She is an excellent addition to this office!

Really like the Saturday appointment, less traffic, easier parking and less waiting time.

I did not get the impression she was listening to me . When I asked for a referral to my allergy doctor , she asked why I needed to see an allergy doctor . If you were to ask my allergy doctor you would find that I have severe allergies and rate probably within the ten worst conditions .

The whole experience felt rather pointless. Granted, I am in good health for my age. But the result of the office visit was simply to order some blood work. It would be more effective to order the blood work first and go over the results together. I got basically nothing out of this visit.

Vanessa Franco, PA, far exceeded my expectations of genuine care.

No bad experiences

I'm a fairly new patient of Dr. Alias. She was on vacation when my ultrasound results came in, indicating a blood clot, so Vanessa was the PA assigned to let me know. While she was very professional, she seemed confused about items (prior blood work, procedures, prescriptions) that are in my files. The course of treatment changed several times that evening. I appreciate that she followed up with new instructions that same evening, but it left me wondering if anyone knew what I should be doing (take blood thinners or go to the ER). Every appointment I've had in your practice (labs, pathology, doctor's office, radiology) have been 30-60 minutes late in starting. I respect your staff's time and I show up on time or early - but I feel that there is NO respect of the patient's time. It's disappointing.

Vanessa was amazing . Very attentive & knowledgeable . Never felt rushed . She listened with interest . Extremely friendly & approachable . She loves her job It shows . She cares and that's Important . Was actually the best visit I have had in a long time w all care professionals .
