I have never had a problem or complaint about my provider until this last visit. I explained my concern, asked him questions, and he literally said he didn't know, he didn't know what to say, so he referred me out. Other than this. He's always been a good provider.

My first appointment with my doctor was a little on the uncertain side as we didn't know what was causing my health issues. He seemed to not be sure of what the amount of pain I was in, but still was gracious enough to grant me to go on disability. The second visit after I had an MRI was a lot more clear of my health and source of my pain. Overall, it was a very approvable annd satisfying outcome. I don't really have any complaints.

I was very pleased with my visit. As it was my first visit with Dr Chan. He is a kind, concerned and attentive to my concerns and needs. I like that very much.

Dr. Aung is a wonderful doctor. The office staff is very friendly. Isabel care coordinator is always will to help with anything.

Dr Chan was nice and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. They help.me set up my online portal so I can send Dr Chan some pictures.

Dr Aung is an accomplished doctor, very knowledgeable and attentive.

My doctor and his staff are wonderful people because they show that they care about my health being and status. They do step up to help me to reach my doctor. The only one issue I encountered...the referred neurologist is not accepting my insurance ([ID]). Perhaps there could be an improvement with the system to have artificial intelligence features to perform research on which specialists accept what types of medical insurance.
