The dr.Aung been focused on only on medications than asking or listening for his current conditions. I feel like due to his time even I have ti address some health concerns he was not able ti listen. The time was taken only for checking the medications.

I have never had a problem or complaint about my provider until this last visit. I explained my concern, asked him questions, and he literally said he didn't know, he didn't know what to say, so he referred me out. Other than this. He's always been a good provider.

My first appointment with my doctor was a little on the uncertain side as we didn't know what was causing my health issues. He seemed to not be sure of what the amount of pain I was in, but still was gracious enough to grant me to go on disability. The second visit after I had an MRI was a lot more clear of my health and source of my pain. Overall, it was a very approvable annd satisfying outcome. I don't really have any complaints.

I was very pleased with my visit. As it was my first visit with Dr Chan. He is a kind, concerned and attentive to my concerns and needs. I like that very much.

Dr. Aung is a wonderful doctor. The office staff is very friendly. Isabel care coordinator is always will to help with anything.

Dr Chan was nice and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. They help.me set up my online portal so I can send Dr Chan some pictures.
