Dr Zhang and your office staff on jamboree is a very efficient practice in my experience. Joined this medical group approximately in march of this year and Dr Zhang is punctual, thorough and a very knowledgeable and caring Dr. I initially took a gamble in switching groups and went off of a flyer I received at home and the reviews of him and so far are true. I told my wife about him and family friends and they are now seeing him. In my [Date] visit the referrals he entered were almost instantaneous. MRI for possible rotator cuff tear and to orthopedic Dr. Whatvwr u are doing at this office on 13400 jamboree rd, Irvine- DO NOT TOUCH OR TRY IMPROVE ANYTHING. I have never visited the Irvine office In the past. I was very pleased with the front and back office staff during this visit. I Was very pleased with the way I was treated. This visit was to establish a new patient with the doctor. I don't have much experience with him as yet, but I was very satisfied with the visit. Dr. Zhang was very thorough, attentive, listened well, explained things clearly. He asked excellent questions and had my records available for review. I am very impressed with that because my previous experiences with doctors in general have not seemed to be aware of my medical history despite numerous times that the same questions were addressed. Started seeing dr billy a year ago after my previous dr retired. I was extremely skeptical but.i now have to admit, I am so glad about the change. I love dr billy Zhang!!!!!

As my primary physician did not have an opening for me for the week, and I had tested positive for COVID for my first time, her office referred me to Dr. Zhang in his office. Due to COVID, the appointment was changed to an online visit. His staff kept me updated on the time and Dr. Zhang answered all my questions about protocol. After a review of my meds and finding out I was asthmatic, he prescribed Paxlovid, asking me not to take my lovastatin for the 5 days with this med. On the 6th day I tested negative. I appreciate Dr. Zhang for pinch hitting for my primary and helping me.

This was my first appt w Dr Zhang on April [Date] This visit was to establish him as my primary care Dr, and was very pleased with his medical attention and demeanor. He spent nearly 25-30 minutes talking w me and recommended some pertinent tests because of my family's history.
