For a first visit it went really well everyone was helpful and friendly. The nurse who saw me first before the doctor was really nice. The doctor was very kinda and understanding he listen to all my concerns and questions.

Dr. Zhang is an excellent doctor, he makes you feel valued as a patient. He never makes you feel rushed or that he is in a hurry to move on to his next patient.

I'm disabled and see a lot of doctors for my conditions. Out of the 80ish doctors I'd say he is by far the best one. He had a very calming demeanor about him which put me at ease, he took time to answer questions, he sent the referrals I needed asap and explained a change in medication so I could understand better. He takes his time with you and doesn't rush or treat you as a burden. I'm very lucky to have found such an efficient and caring doctor.

The receptionist was very polite, and Dr. Billy Zhang gave me the best advice possible, and did a great evaluation of my overall health performance. This group location was by far one of the best experiences I ever had. Great job!

Dr. Billy Z was amazing. I told him the Issue I was having and he was able dial in on my symptoms and was able to prescribe a medication that has helped me tremendously. It has been absolutely life changing. I suffered through this issue for years while I had Kaiser and no doctor was able to solve my problem. On my first visit with Billy, he was able to find a medication that solved this. I'm extremely grateful!

I can send a message on MyChart, which I had done on a Sunday afternoon figuring he would read it Monday morning when he came in. No, he responded that same day in the evening. I was glad to guess I've been treated better by them than any other doctor I've had. I'm so happy I changed From the ones at the Saint Joseph location to the new location in Irvine the whole staff is fantastic in such a beautiful clean facility and Imaging Center is right in the same building down the hall. Just a very experience and they are so thorough they're doing thank you for opening that office.

He did an amazing job. He made time for me and listened to my complex problem and discussed a fee possible courses of action with the utmost respect and sincerity. He was great and could not have provided better care.

First time using [ID] and provider. Dr. Billy Zheng was very friendly and accommodating. He was extremely professional and courteous. After coming from being on a [ID] with the same doctor for 47 years , this provider made sure I felt comfortable and addressed all of my concerns. Dr. Billy Zhung had me sign a release for my medical records and ordered tests that I needed as well as scheduling a referral.He was very thorough and had a wonderful "bedside manner". Being a brand new patient and new member of this group I can say that I left his office feeling confident that I will be well taken care of medically. I was also impressed with the laboratory facility that I had to take a test. The appointment was on time and hassle free.

The Dr. Was very attentive and I felt safe. I was scared after my fall and he reassured me everything was fine. He ran test to make sure I did not have a concussion, and made sure nothing was broken. He shared what pain I would most likely be feeling in the next couple of weeks, and I did. I appreciated his help.

This was my first visit with Dr Bill, he was very attentive and listened to my concerns. Dr Bill is caring and helpful to a senior patient and his staff was respectful too. They get an A+ from me.

Last visit with Dr Zhang is very good. He takes time to explain and review that general health checkup is up to date. Wait time is also short. Dr actually called when I asked for med refills prescribed by previous doctor. One feedback is iit would be nice if there is an onsite lab for blood work. Thank you

I like my primary care physicians, but this is the second time my doctor has left the practice,

I have a PhD in critical care nursing so I really rarely don't understand what's going on and need further explanation

Made this appointment bc could not get appt w Dr Madrid (who is the best AND worth waiting for! ). He is retiring AND Dr. Zhang will be my new doc bc he looks like he could be/become as wonderful as Dr. Madrid.

By far this is the best primary care provider that I've had in my entire life. I would describe Dr. Billy Zhang as a "patient's advocate". He provided every answer to my questions, had my referrals approved by the end of my appointment. He has been in contact with my current Dr.'s with my current knee replacement infection issues. He has updated me at every step in the process of getting my surgery redone.

Dr Zhang actually looks at your records before coming into the room and let plenty of time for questions and consultation. He is the best.

Took care of all issues I had moving from hawaii

This was my 1st visit to the brand new office that just opened close to my home. That is why I have changed DO tors. I believe I have a fantastic new Doctor who cares. I always had PAs before
