Dr shahim was able to authorize all the specialists that I needed to see and more. She took her time with me and was able to refill all of my prescriptions.

I explained that I'm having long term left chest pain and Dr. Sharim said it's muscle pain from an old breast surgery since a several months old EKG showed no signs. But I'm still having the pain deep in my chest and into my back that makes it hard to sleep. Bisuna Is out on leave and Dr Sharim saw me in her absence. She is nice and assisted me with refilling my medication.

Went out of their way to help me get an appointment so my surgery date would be accepted Thanks !!!

I went to speak to the doctor about neck pain. She ordered x-rays. I received the x-rays and then a message from the doctor about 4 to 5 days later. The x-rays have terms I do not understand. It was very concerning words like degenerative or severe were listed. I was very much looking forward to speaking to her. I got a very short message on my Chart basically stating exactly what the x-rays said. I'm not an orthopedist. I don't understand x-rays and her follow up said reach out for physically therapy or follow up with an orthopedic doctor. No phone call no recommendations for an orthopedic doctor. I'm sure you can understand it's concerning to see words like that on an x-ray and have absolutely no help in going to the next steps..I'm so disappointed that I feel I'm completely on my own on this problem and that she did not even attempt to take five minutes to explain the x-rays to me.I'm not sure what my next steps are supposed to be. I would appreciate some help..Thank you.

Doctor Shahim is a very good physician and caring. I'm currently waiting to have prescription sent to my local CVS Pharmacy for temporary medication while I wait for Express Mail to send full prescription. I hope this happens soon. I now realize that the Dr. Is on vacation yet willing to send in my prescription.

My doctor is thorough, attentive and always makes time for my questions whether during the appointment or afterwards if I have any followup needs. I would recommend her to my personal circle of friends if they needed a doctor.

The doctor is extremely throrough. She explains everything so you understand and has excellent bedside manner. My appointment was not rushed.

Dr. Shahim seemed distracted and was double booked. I felt my visit was rushed and she did not review my test results during visit. She did follow-up with a phone call with good info once she reviewed my test results.

She is kind and compassionate. She didn't rush through the appointment, she made sure to get all necessary information before giving any recommendations.

Saw Dr. Shahim for a hearing problem and a knee problem. She gave me referrals for a hearing exam and a knee x-ray. Got the x-ray done the next day. Results from the x-ray doctor were posted that afternoon and diagnosis from Dr. Shahim was posted on My Chart that evening. Very pleased with the quick turnaround. Dr. Shahim and I exchanged texts via My Chart about the knee problem over the next few days. Each time, she responded very quickly and straightforwardly. A very impressive doctor.

Poor communication personally with me, the patient. Never said "Hello" or asked me how I was doing or feeling, etc. It was just a pre-op appointment and the necessary tests I needed got done.
