I fell the Dr was very rude and not compassion either the patient she just gave the worse

Being that this was my first visit and meeting to establish care with Dr. Wilson I felt she was very attentive , professional, knowledgeable, personable and caring she wasted no time looking up my chart getting the information that she needed to proceed with my the visit . She asked me what were my concerns regarding my health and listened and set up labs, X-rays , therapy and medication . I never felt rushed at no point during the consultation . I felt like she's been my doctor for ages . I felt like she actually cares about her patients. Dr. Wilson is definitely an asset to Facey Medical Group.

Although I believe Dr. Lou is an intelligent doctor. I was not satisfied with my care because I felt like she has minimized my symptoms and not listened to my concerns. I believe we could have addressed my concerns earlier had she given them greater priority. I felt like she walked into the room and had already made assumptions about what I needed. It almost felt like I had to argue and advocate for my needs. As a health care professional, I cannot imagine what patients who are not in the medical field experience. I believe that she needs to consider listening to her patients more and not be so harsh. There is no reason why a young patient should be having these symptoms. I previously saw her for another issue I was having, the only reason why I was properly diagnosed was because I went to a specialist after her.

She is the best dr I ever had. She is very nice and easy to talk to and give me all the best referrals

She takes care of my health issues - makes referrals, order refills of my medications, blood tests, and advises me - supplements to take to relieve leg cramps and my fingernail problem, leg exercises, what to tell my manicurist to prevent infection if my fingernail.

I think very highly of Dr. Wilson. She is so good that I have been told her next appointment is in several months and would I like to see someone else. In the case of runny nose I have had to see "someone else." I am glad she is so busy and like your triage system of being able to see someone else.
